  2. Review upcoming due dates (see previous post) and review essay prompt for novel #2
  3. Review Outlining model (Outline is due on Wednesday, Jan. 13)
  4. Get Gary Soto Timed-Write back
  5. Get AP Test Bulletin/test information
  6. Issue Groups sign up for the date they want to present to class
  7. Read articles for my sample issue group that I will present on Wednesday: Read "Insult or Honor?" and "Banks Clinging to Outgoing School Mascot" and take notes with this Issue Group Note-Taking Device.  Then read "Common Themes...about the use of 'Indian' Logos" and read "Play with Our Name"
